Статус заказа - это текущий этап его жизненного цикла с момента его формирования и до закрытия. Информацию о текущем статусе заказа можно увидеть на вкладке Заказы.

Жизненный цикл заказа в системе Agora включает следующие этапы:

Новый заказ	→	Обработка	→	Резерв	→	Оплачен	→	Отгружен	→	Закрыт

Новый заказ — начальный статус заказа, присваиваемый в момент его формирования.
Обработка — присваивается после завершения оформления заказа. На данном этапе заказ находится на рассмотрении/согласовании в отделе по работе с клиентами.
Резерв — означает, что заказ согласован с поставщиком и зарезервирован на складе.
Оплачен — денежные средства за заказ поступили на счет поставщика.
Отгружен — товар передан в службу доставки.
Закрыт — последний этап жизненного цикла заказа, означающий завершение всех работ по заказу.

The Agora order life cycle includes the following steps:

New order	→	Processing	→	Reserve	→	Paid	→	Shipped	→	Closed

New order - the initial status of the order, assigned at the time of its formation.
Processing - assigned after completion of the order. At this stage, the order is under consideration / approval in the customer service department.
Reserve - means that the order has been agreed with the supplier and reserved in the warehouse.
Paid - the funds for the order are received on the supplier’s account.
Shipped - the goods are transferred to the delivery service.
Closed - the last stage of the order life cycle, which means the completion of all work on the order
